Office visits (except for emergencies) are by
appointment only. We see children age 0-22 years.
8:30-9:30 a.m. To schedule appointments for ill patients
needing to be seen the same day (please no routine appointment calls
or calls requesting information at this time).
9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Call requesting information, routine scheduling,
and illness.
All patients are encouraged to call with any
questions they have about medical problems. Remember it would be unfair
to our office patients were the doctor to leave to answer each and
every telephone call. The office staff have been trained to answer
many of your questions. They will also relay your information to the
doctor and your call will be returned or otherwise answered at the
earliest opportunity.
Our nurses are well trained in answering many
of your questions or deciding if you need to be seen that day. In
an emergency the nurse will immediately put your call through to
the doctor. Please give your pharmacy number to the receptionist or
nurse involved if a medication might be called in that day.
We request these be handled only during routine
office hours.
Our answering service is available with a physician
on-call whenever our office is closed. If your child or teenager becomes
acutely ill after office hours and you cannot wait until the next
morning, call our number and the answering service will take your
call and one of the doctors will get back to you as soon as possible.
From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m each evening a nurse will be available
to answer your questions and if necessary can forward your call to
the on-call doctor.
The physician will determine whether we can handle
the situation by phone and see you in the office the next morning
or whether it will, in fact, be necessary to have your child seen
more urgently in the emergency room.
Please do not call after hours for routine questions
that can be handled during normal business hours.
We expect payment of your copay at the
time of service. We give a 10% discount to self pay patients who
pay at the time of service. For your convenience we accept the following
credit cards:
Monthly payment arrangements can be set
up, please call for additional information 303-695-7667
